This is a stunning property. The hotel is beautiful- simple and elegant. The location couldn’t be more perfect - right at the central plaza and close to restaurants. The facilities in the hotel were also excellent. Our room was beautiful - overlooking the plaza. It was incredibly comfortable and quiet at night. The food at the hotel is great. An amazing buffet breakfast and a terrific restaurant for dinner. One of the key points of difference in this hotel was the team of people working there. They were all exceptional - from the front desk to the doormen and the team in the restaurant. They were professional and welcoming and delivered great customer service.

Great location direct at the Plaza de Armas. Good breakfast buffet, with lots of variety and also different offering every day. I appreciated the healthy section with detox smoothy and nuts. I liked the outdoor breakfast at the pool terrace. The friendly reception, the fast and uncomplicated check-in and the possibility to book spontaneously and check-in late was great. The courtyard with pool area is nice in total. A gym is available. Common areas with style & a welcome drink is included at the bar.

Very nice hotel - larger than I expected. Had a quiet room in the back of the hotel. The location is wonderful - right on the main square. I felt very comfortable here. Staff was helpful and friendly. The room was modern and comfortable.

Great location. Wonderful to stroll about the plaza. Delicious breakfast, quiet, comfortable room. Most important, all the staff was great. From desk, door, restaurant, cleaning staff. So friendly profesional, and helpful. Loved the pool to laze around. Great small gym. A fan in the gym might be nice, feels stuffy once you're working out.

The staff and location were fantastic. We could see that they were really well trained. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the one dinner we had. We had a problem in the bathroom and we had an immediate response from the maintenance team which was much appreciated.

The hotel was the star of Trujillo. Located right on the most beautiful square of an otherwise dirty & dusty desert town. Our Suite looked onto the square but had double glazed windows so it was quiet. The king bed was like sleeping on a cloud. We had a nice bathroom and seperate sitting area. My partner used the sauna and steam room ( free) and had an excellent massage too. We ate a dinner in the restaurant and was very satisfied with the food and wine, our waiter Winston was delightful and eager to offer great service. The free voucher for a Pisco sour in the bar was a lovely touch. The pool area & patio was very nice to relax beside. The breakfast was good with lots of fruit , cereal , yoghurt, breads etc and omelettes ( ordered from kitchen ) where very yummy. The staff were excellent in all regards. Especially Jorge who gave us great tips of cafes, how to visit Chan chan and dinner suggestion at El Cellar de Clair was fabulous. Parking was a block and half away.

The building is a historic landmark, the pool area with the music was my favorite place to relax , the breakfast have plenty of selection and the friendly people Kudos to Winston, Gabriel , Otiniano and Lizana. The Ladies from the front desk are Amazing and very helpful Kudos to Susana Perez Everyone always very helpful and wit a great smile, and we had a great massage with Maira always with her positive vibe. Bar and Music was great ! Also the gentleman in the front door are very polite and helpful. And Thank you to the young lady that clean my room every day You did a great job making sure my room was clean and ready !

Located on the main square of Trujillo. Room was very nice and quite, All of the staff I interacted with spoke excellent English. The breakfast was excellent. A number of good restaurants within easy walking distance.

Clean and comfortable room, location was great, right on the plaza and lots of restaurants and shops close by. Good breakfast buffet with lots of choices. All in all a pleasant stay in Trujillo
